Capital Markets professionals analyze market conditions, investor preferences, and project characteristics to devise tailored financing packages that maximize returns and mitigate risks for investors and developers.
Appraiser
Appraisers are licensed professionals that inspect and evaluate a piece of real estate thoroughly to assign an accurate price value to the property.
