Ten-X Pricing

The Ten-X auction platform can be a great way for commercial property owners to generate great exposure and interest from qualified buyers. Pricing for property sellers to list and sell their property through the platform usually takes the form of a transaction fee which is explained below.

5% Transaction Fee

Ten-X does not charge upfront fees for listing a property on the platform, however, the property will first have to be reviewed and approved to go to auction. If approved, Ten-X will charge a transaction fee upon successful closing, which varies depending on the property/deal type. It is usually 5% of the buyer’s final offer price, and paid at closing. Other fees may apply depending on the property and agreed upon terms.
