I tested the platform by searching for a vacant unit in NYC, as well as attempting to check property reviews. The search for vacant units returned several good potential units. There was also several screening questions asked before results were displayed, such as gross income and credit score. However, in order to gain access to building ratings, renter recommendations, and tenant reviews, Openigloo requires you to first submit a review to gain access to entire platform.
