Customer Service Reigns from Management & Maintenance
COLONY AT CENTERPOINTE, Midlothian, VA IS LUXURY LIVING- Why? PAC- An EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY that cares & places tenants/residents first! “Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC) is a results driven property management leader that focuses on managing multifamily communities at scale.” (online excerpt) As a current tenant for over 6 months, I have experienced wonderful customer-service & troubleshooting! If there is a problem, this management team is open to striving to resolve issues! The monthly calendar posted on their customer-friendly portal & texted to tenants’ smartphones is filled with events! Just attended “Sloppy Joe” night yesterday in their tastefully-decorated & welcoming Clubhouse! In addition, the surroundings are well taken care of & the surroundings are pretty quiet. Lovely Midlothian Mines Park is right around the corner, about a 6-10 minute drive from Colony At Centerpointe. Shopping is closeby too! Maintenance team is unparalleled performing work orders promptly & so efficiently! I highly recommend making Colony At Centerpointe Apartment Homes your next residence. It’s a cut above the rest! Superbly-managed under PAC(Preferred Apartments Community). They understand that luxury living means foremost CUSTOMER-SERVICE to their RESIDENTS!
