Useless. No Organic Leads Ever (not one in 3 years). After 10 years only a handful of hosts and guests. FAILED EXPERIMENT
Useless. Guests DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT AT ALL, and the platform failed years ago. Don’t waste your time.
Fact – there are 3 hosts TOTAL in Greater Philadelphia (6.5 MILLION PEOPLE). 10 years after Houfy was founded. Same kind of thing in NYC, Florida, etc.
You will get NO ORGANIC LEADS at all. Houfy adds no value. EVERY booking is one that YOU HAVE TO ADVERTISE TO GET. Why would you push them through Houfy? They did nothing to help you earn them!
Bottom line, Houfy is owned by a stubborn guy who refuses to do anything that would benefit the handful of hosts who keep begging him to help.
His silly vision that “word of mouth” alone will work, no fees, and no advertising is a PROVEN FAILURE – 10 years in and here we still are.
Don’t waste your time. The tyrant owner won’t ever change. This could have been huge for hosts and guest instead of the total failure it remains and always will be.
The only “business” you get with Houfy are bookings you ALREADY GOT. Why put them through Houfy at all? They didn’t bring the business to you!
