Who I am
My name is Ryan – I’m an investor, developer, agent and property manager with hands-on experience in all types of real estate from single-family homes, up to hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial real estate. Incase you are wondering, yes I am a real person, and yes I actually own a portfolio of rental properties. I write from real experience, and have been in real estate since I was in diapers.
