Short-term rental agreement used for vacation stays generally between 1-30 days where the landlord is usually responsible for all utilities and other expenses.
Sublease (Sublet) Agreement
Contract between existing tenant and other party which transfers primary parties’ (Lessee) lease to secondary party (Sublessee).
