Yardi®, a leading provider of real estate software, in collaboration with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the Real Estate Technology and Transformation Center (RETTC), introduces Rent Estimator, a tool that gives housing providers a simpler way to provide fee transparency for renters. Rent Estimator helps housing providers give future residents the ability to calculate their total estimated cost to rent and live at a property before deciding whether to apply.

Rent Estimator will be available to all clients on the Voyager® 8 platform. Over time, Rent Estimator will also be available through the RentCafe® Marketing API for interface partners.
Additionally, Yardi is enhancing its Internet Listing Service (ILS) syndication tool to ensure real-time data synchronization for ILS partners.
The Rent Estimator tool illustrates Yardi’s continuing commitment to innovation and builds upon the proactive RentCafe.com enhancements introduced in 2023. These enhancements included an updated user interface that displayed fee disclosures, reinforcing Yardi’s dedication to helping its clients provide renters with clear and upfront information.
